As a Director and one of the promoters of the company, she play a pivotal role in planning and development activities of the company. Mr. Jha brings with him an extensive career spanning over 33 years post his MBA from the prestigious Symbiosis Institute of Business Management during which he has held key leadership roles including Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) in several large Multinationals and Conglomerates Multinational and Indian organizations. He has held Business roles too in the past including Director for SAP HR Practice in one of the largest Business Houses of the country
